To cause the menu to light up, push and swipe on the black screen*, when digits light up, put in the 4-digit code*, hit #, turn handle and push

• Often though not exclusively your code will be four digits consisting of your check in and check out days. Followed by the # sign. Example: check in March 28, check out April 8, code is 2808#
• It is occasionally necessary to make more than one swipe on the screen to cause it to first light.
